some of my favorite finds of the week

  • Romance Tracker gives 101 inexpensive ways to show someone you love them. Being a college student with a part time job, it's difficult to do things to show you care without a lot of money to spend so this site made it possible! Some of my favorites include: Take an evening to learn about your lovers favorite hobbie or interest. Although I may not understand a thing about music production, I do like sitting in on studio sessions and would even let Ryan give me a crash course for the evening on what exactly he is doing when playing around with controls and knobs. Tell your love how much you enjoy waking up next to them  first thing in the morning. This is something that I should do anyways, but once you're living with someone, and aren't a morning person like myself, it tends to come out more as "omg turn off that %&#* alarm" or "#%*& you're going to make me late, why didn't you set that alarm for earlier". Start a romantic blog with pictures, memories, quotes, and whatever else about your relationship. I really liked this one because I already had one called goodmorning ryan that I used to update regularly of notes and letters to him, reading this list makes me want to update it more often - and probably include photos as well!

  • This holiday paper book from the elisejoy etsy. I waited too long to order it and now it's sold out ): But she does have tons of cute paper goods and prints that you all should take a look at!
  • Everything from the Red Velvet Shop. I have my eye on a few things in the accessory session, but am definitely going to be taking some of their e-courses really soon as well. The small business and Blog-Love are at the top of my list! And, $30/$40 isn't expensive for as much as it seems to offer!

  • This DIY wall art is just what I am needing. Our apartment still doesn't feel like a 'home' yet, so some home-made art could definintely spruce up that place and make it more like our place. I might try to figure out some of Andrew and Ryan's favorite song lyrics and make something like this up for the dining room/studio area. and while you're there, go check out her beautiful wedding video. it's perfect!

  • This e-book from the lovely Kaelah Bee! Something all bloggers should get, and on my list of purchases to make ASAP!

*Also, be sure to check out The Most Powerful Photos of 2011Baby Rylee's beautiful nursery, how beautiful this entire blog is, and the new layout of the srslyliz blog.
